How the collaboration works
With Modern Clear, aligner treatment follows a clearly defined process. From the first case submission to the completed treatment, every step is structured and easy to integrate into everyday practice.

Impression or intraoral scan
Case submission in your practice
You take the impression or intraoral scan of your patient directly in your practice and then submit the case via the Ortho Portal. If needed, free collection of impressions can be arranged.

Digital treatment planning
Including 3D simulation
Based on your records, Modern Clear creates a digital treatment plan including a 3D simulation. The plan is usually available within a few working days, sometimes as early as the next day. For you, it is completely free of charge and without obligation.

Review and approval
You decide when treatment starts
You review the plan in the Ortho Portal and discuss the 3D simulation with your patient. Only when the case is right for both you and your patient do you approve it for production.

Aligner manufacturing
Manufactured in Düsseldorf
After your approval, the aligners are manufactured in Düsseldorf under defined quality standards. Production takes place within 10 working days, and in many cases the aligners are ready for shipment even earlier.

You accompany the progress
The first fitting, follow-up appointments and retention all take place in your practice. You guide your patients through treatment as usual, while Modern Clear supports you with planning, manufacturing and any questions along the way.
